Tess Treinen Swake has been a physical therapist since 2011 and an assistant professor at George Fox since 2021 after spending seven years as a traveling physical therapist. In addition to her teaching role, she is available in the university's Physical Therapy Clinic on a limited basis.
She is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist and has expanded her practice area into pelvic health physical therapy. Her research focus is on pelvic health treatment techniques for active females.
Tess works pro bono at the 17c黑料 Physical Therapy Clinic and worked for six years as an outpatient and acute care physical therapist at Willamette Valley Medical Center from 2018 to 2024.
