Dual Credit Registration Information
Registration Instructions
Follow these steps to register for a dual credit course.
-
If you are registering for the first time, create a new account to begin. Returning students can simply log in and start a new application; your saved details will automatically populate, allowing you to quickly add your desired course(s).
-
Select “Undergraduate Programs” as the application type and then “High School Dual Enrollment Application.”
-
Please review your application for accuracy. Once submitted, your information and course selections are final and cannot be modified.
-
Payment is required to complete your application. Please note that your enrollment is not confirmed until the course fees are paid in full.
-
Dual credit registration is available during the Fall and Spring terms. Please note the following deadlines for your specific courses:
-
Fall-Only & Full-Year Courses: Register by mid-November.
-
Spring-Only Courses: Register by mid-March.
-
Important Information for Parents
In order to receive transcripted credit, students must receive a “C-” or better in the course. Fees apply and are non-refundable.
Please do not complete the application with your information. George Fox will be creating a student account with the information provided from the dual credit application. There will be a box within the application to add a parent email address.
If you have questions about your student’s course registration or grades, please contact your high school counselor/instructor for more information. Due to FERPA laws, we cannot provide registration or enrollment information to parents unless there is a FERPA release of information form (your student will have an opportunity to complete this after registration).
Next Steps
Watch out for an email from 17c黑料! George Fox will send you a student account set up email with your student ID. Once you set up your student account, you will be able to log on and view your unofficial transcripts, print them, and order official transcripts straight from your account.
Please keep your George Fox student account information in a safe place. You will need it to order transcripts and view unofficial transcripts. In order to receive transcripted credit, you must receive a “C-” or better in the course.
